Hello lovely community of Green Hub Dublin!

This week we have amazing recommendations of sustainable restaurants for you to visit. We hope you like exploring new food finds, because you will definitely have to add these to your list.

Bujo

We will start with Bujo, which is located in Sandymount and Terenure, and it is an Irish sustainable restaurant! It is also the only burger restaurant in Ireland and the UK to have a 3 star rating from the Sustainable Restaurant Association. Thus, all their packaging is compostable, reusable and recyclable, so you don´t have to worry about asking your food for take away ;) they offer burgers, crispy chicken, bundles, fries and sides, shakes and soft drinks and kid´s combos. This place is 100% recommendable!

You can visit them Monday - Wednesday 4-9:30pm, Thursday 12-9:30pm, Friday - Saturday 12-10pm and Sunday 12-9pm

Overends Kitchen

Moving on to the next one we can find Overends Kitchen, located in Airfield Estate. Something unique about this place is that the ingredients used for the menu and the cocktails are produced from their garden and farm. They are open from also open in the morning so that means that you can go for a delicious breakfast, brunch or lunch with a friend, family or your partner. You can also enjoy a day of gardening in their farm, this is super recommendable if you bring children with you, but don´t forget to book your tickets on their website. If you are planning to carry on an event, such as meetings, weddings or a private dinning this place is the one for you. If you love cooking, they also offer virtual cooking classes!

You can visit them Wednesday - Sunday 9-4pm

Veginity

Our third recommendation for you is to visit Veginity, located in Dorset Street Upper. This is a nice and lovely place to go as their ingredients are quality plant-based, ideal for vegans. Amazing, isn´t it?! There is a focus on making food inspired by street food but elevated and fusing multiple cuisines together. They serve breakfast, brunch and dinner. They offer dine-in and takeaway through click & collect as well. We recommend you to book a table before showing up. However, walk-ins are welcome. There is something for everyone here, so even meat eaters will enjoy themselves.

You can visit them Wednesday - Saturday 10-4pm and 5-9:30pm & Sunday 10-4pm and 5-8:30pm
